Curd and Treacle

It’s a popular Sri Lankan dessert. Meekiri, a creamy curd, is usually derived from buffalo milk through spontaneous fermentation. Kithul Treacle is a sweet treacle prepared from the sap of the Fishtail or Toddy Palm. The curd is served with treacle as its topping.
