DAY 1
Meet and assist at Colombo Airport and transfer to the cultural heart of Sri Lanka, Kandy.
In the afternoon, walk in Udawatta Kele Sanctuary (1hr 30min) – This magnificent forest reserve is a haven for nature lovers and bird watchers. Thereafter, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic (1hr 30min) – The most important Buddhist relic, constructed mainly during the reign of Kandyan kings from 1687-1707 and 1747-1782. Learn basics of Buddhist Meditation (15min) – It is a technique that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things.

Travel Time: 3hrs (approx.) – Bandaranayake International Airport to Kandy

DAY 2
After breakfast leave for Dambana (Vedda Village) – A rural village inhabited by the country’s indigenous population. On the way, visit Historical Mahiyanganaya Temple (1hr) – A temple on a rock with ancient inscriptions and unique relic house is the place where the Buddha’s first visit took place.
Traditional Lunch at Dambana Village.
In the afternoon visit Dambana Vedda Village (2hrs)– The place for experiencing the way of life of the indigenous people of Sri Lanka who continuing their primitive lifestyle throughout many centuries without letting affect and change their traditions by advancing technology nor commercialization.

DAY 3
After breakfast, leave for Kandy. Enroute visit Meemure Village (2hrs 30min)– surrounded by the Knuckles Mountain Range is one of the most remote villages in Sri Lanka. Mostly untainted by the outside world. The trail to the village is rich with flora and fauna of the Knuckles ecosystem. You can experience a traditional Sri Lankan lunch at a village house and take a dip and bathe in the stream.

In the afternoon, enjoy Village Walking gives an opportunity to experience the simple charm of traditional village life.

DAY 4
In the morning, leisure at Knuckles Mountain Range – With its shifting landscape of meadows, rocky mountain peaks scattered with streams, and tumbling waterfalls, this World Heritage Conservation Area is one of the most fascinating natural attractions.
In the afternoon, leave for Marawila – It is a small fishing village near Negombo Beach, the well- known tourist destination.
Overnight stay at: Marawila
Travel Time: 3hrs (approx.) – Kandy to Marawila

DAY 5
After breakfast, visit Negombo Fish Market and Dry Fish Market (1hr 30min) – Negombo is one of the Island’s old fishing villages. At the beach, you may observe fish being sun-dried for the island’s well-known dry fish dish. Also, visit Open Air Market (1hr) – Taking a stroll around the market gives you a glimpse of the lifestyle of locals and colorful fruits to vegetables.
In the afternoon, visit and experience Traditional Clay Bricks Making Factory (1hr) – Most Sri Lankan buildings are made of clay bricks, which produce a cool environment that is necessary for a warm tropical country.
Overnight stay at: Marawila
Travel Time: 30min (approx.) – Marawila to Negombo

In the morning, leisure.
In the afternoon, leave for Colombo Airport for your Departure.
