Day 1

Meet and assist at Colombo Airport and proceed to Negombo– The best place to enjoy the beautiful sunset by the beach.

In the afternoon, Ayurvedic Full Body Massage (1hr Relax at the beach.

Overnight Stay at: Negombo
Travel Time: 40min (approx.) – Colombo Airport to Negombo

Day 2

In the morning, Full Course of Ayurvedic Massage (2hrs 30min)- The country’s centuries-old treasure trove of indigenous knowledge, cultural repertory based Shirodhara, Steam Bath, and Full Body Massage.

Overnight Stay at: Negombo

Day 3

After breakfast, leave for Kandy- Kandy was the last kingdom and is now Sri Lanka’s second largest city.

In the afternoon, visit The Temple of the Tooth Relic (1hr 30min)- The most important Buddhist relic, constructed mainly during the reign of Kandyan kings from 1687-1707 and 1747-1782. City Walk (2hrs)- Explore the busy streets and town’s intriguing combination of cultures. Kandy View Point (Arthur’s Seat) (20min)- The place for an amazing panoramic view of the city.

Travel Time: 3hr 30min (approx.) – Negombo to Kandy
Meal: Breakfast

Day 4

After breakfast, Full Course of Ayurveda Massage (2hrs 30min). And, experience Yoga Session (2hrs) – The various traditional yoga techniques help you connect with the true essence of yoga that aims to leave you feeling invigorated and uplifted.
In the afternoon, have a leisure walk and Relax at the Retreat.

Day 5

After breakfast, Full Course of Ayurveda Massage (2hrs 30min).

In the afternoon, visit Royal Botanical Gardens (1hr30min) – The oldest formal gardens in Sri Lanka and one of the finest in the world. This 57ha garden laid out in 1832. Kandy City Tour and Shopping (3hrs) – Explore the busy streets and town’s intriguing combination of cultures. Kandy, being the cultural heart, is home to a wide range of handicrafts, jewelry, and gemstones that showcase the rich crafting heritage history.

Day 6

In the afternoon, leave for Colombo Airport for your Departure. On the way, Colombo City Tour (2hrs)- The commercial capital of the country. The sightseeing includes Galle Face Green Ocean-side Urban Park, Colonial Buildings (The Old Parliament Building, The Town Hall, The Clock Tower, The iconic Cargils Building, The President’s Palace), Seema Malakaya Temple in Beire Lake, Independence Memorial Hall, and Hindu Temple.

Travel Time: 3hrs 30min (approx.) – Kandy to Colombo Airport

Check in and Check out:

  • The official check-in time at all hotels will be 12:00pm to 02:00pm (depends on the hotel).
  • The official check-out time at all hotels will be 11:00am.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times are fixed and there are no guarantees for early check-in or late check-out unless paid for.

Child policy:

  • Children between 0-3 years will be accommodated on bed sharing basis with parents/adult’s room free of charge.
  • Discount of 30% on adult sharing double room rate for children from 04 to 12 years.
  • Please note that the extra bed in a triple room will be a foldable and rollaway.
